CilantroCup was founded on a simple conviction: artificial intelligence without architectural containment is liquid—it spreads, evaporates trust, and leaves compliance teams mopping spills. We design data vessels: rigorous containers for context, inference, and delivery.
Our name pairs cilantro green precision with the cup as porcelain metaphor—the rim that defines bounds, the chamber that holds value, the spout that pours only what passed validation. We never market food, beverages, or kitchenware. Every engagement is systems architecture for AI.
From our Suite 2200 offices on René-Lévesque, we serve financial services, health informatics, and enterprise SaaS teams across Canada and the United States who need PIPEDA-aware vessel design from day one.
